「WorkGo（ワークゴー）」は、一般社団法人国際人財交流協会が運営する、日本人・外国人どちらにも対応した求人・転職サポートサイトです。
日本での就職・転職・アルバイトを希望する方に向けて、登録から勤務開始まで安心のサポート体制を整えています。

- キャリアアドバイザーによる面談サポート
- 応募前に担当者が希望条件や経歴を丁寧にヒアリング。オンラインまたは来社面談が可能です。
- 全国の求人を掲載
- ホテル、飲食、製造、介護、ITなど、幅広い業界の求人をカバー。寮あり・短期・特定技能など、条件での絞り込みもOK。
- 在留資格（ビザ）支援も充実
- 就労に必要な在留資格の確認・申請も協会がサポート。行政書士事務所との連携により、ビザ関連も安心。
- 勤務開始後もサポート継続
- 勤務開始後も生活・職場の相談を受け付け。外国人スタッフの定着支援を行います。
ご利用の流れ
step 1求人を探す
職種・勤務地・特徴（外国人OK・寮あり・日本語力不要など）を選んで検索。気になる求人の詳細を確認できます。
step 2求職者登録（エントリー）
応募ボタンから簡単エントリー。まだ正式応募ではなく、協会からの面談案内を受けるステップです。
step 3キャリアアドバイザーとの面談（オンライン・対面）
運営側のキャリアアドバイザーが、希望条件・経歴・在留資格等を確認します。面談後に正式登録となり、求人企業への応募が可能となります。
気になる求人があったら詳細を聞いていただくことも可能ですし、キャリアアドバイサーから応募者に合った求人を紹介する事も可能です。
なお、面談は日本語があまり話せなくても、英語・中国語で随時対応いたします。
step 4求人に正式応募
正式応募の際は、運営側が書類を送付し、必要に応じて求人企業との面接日程の調整を行います。
step 5面接・採用
面接はオンラインまたは現地で実施。採用決定後、勤務条件や勤務開始日を運営側が確認します。
step 6勤務開始・アフターサポート
勤務開始後は企業と求職者で直接やり取りしてもらいますが、引き続き、運営側が就労・生活・在留資格に関する相談をサポートします。

「WorkGo（ワークゴー）」是由一般社團法人國際人財交流協會運營的一個支援日本人與外國人求職、轉職的網站。
我們為希望在日本就職、轉職或打工的人提供從登錄到開始工作的全程安心支援服務。

媒合流程
step 1搜尋工作
可按職種、地點、條件（如：歡迎外國人、附宿舍、不需日語能力）搜尋並查看詳細資訊。
step 2求職者註冊登錄
點選「應徵」按鈕即可登錄，此階段尚非正式應徵，請等待協會安排面談通知。
step 3與職涯顧問面談（線上視訊／面對面）
顧問會確認您的條件、經歷和在留資格，面談後即可正式登錄並申請職缺。您可詢問感興趣的職缺或由顧問推薦合適職缺。日語不流利也可用英語或中文面談。
step 4正式應徵
正式應徵後，協會會寄送文件，並在必要時協助與招聘企業協調面試日程。
step 5面試・錄取
面試可線上或現場進行。面試通過後，協會將協助與企業確認雇用條件與開始日期。
step 6開始工作・後續支援
工作開始後，您將直接與企業聯繫，協會仍提供就業、生活及在留資格（簽證）相關支援。

Application Process
step 1Search for Jobs
Select the job type, location, and features (such as “Foreigner OK,” “Dormitory Available,” or “No Japanese Required”) and start searching.
You can view the details of job listings that interest you.
step 2Job Seeker Registration (Entry)
Click the “Apply” button for a simple entry.
This is not yet a formal application — you will first receive an interview invitation from the association.
step 3Interview with a Career Advisor (Online or In-Person)
Our career advisor will confirm your preferences, work experience, and visa status.
After the interview, you will complete your registration and become eligible to apply for job openings.
If there is a job you are interested in, you may ask for more details, or our career advisor may suggest positions that match your profile.
Even if you are not fluent in Japanese, interviews can be conducted in English or Chinese at any time.
step 4Formal Job Application
When you formally apply, our staff will submit your documents and coordinate interview schedules with the employer as needed.
step 5Interview and Hiring
Interviews are conducted either online or in person.
After the hiring decision, we will confirm your employment conditions and start date.
step 6Starting Work & Ongoing Support
Once you start working, you will communicate directly with your employer.
However, our association will continue to support you with any questions related to your work, daily life, or visa status.
